Reseller Program

Chisel Software invites companies ('Resellers') wishing to sell our software products to join our Reseller Program.

We have two categories of products each of which have different ordering procedures.

1. Our shareware category includes QUERYer and dBOrganiser. When these products are purchased, a serial number is issued which is required to unlock and register the program.
2. Our evaluation category includes Jetpack and ActiveX controls. When a customer places an order they are given download instructions, and a serial number which is required to download and install their copy on their machine.

Products can be ordered by fax, email, post or on-line.

We keep the latest versions of all of these products on our website as downloadable files. The shareware/evaluation versions are also freely available from software libraries, publications, vendors, and various other sources.

A reseller may choose to keep copies of our products on their computers (we would endeavour to ensure they are up to date), place them on CD-Roms, package them, or simply download them from our web site as needed. Whenever a sale is made the reseller will need to get a serial number for the customer from Chisel Software, either via email or fax. Alternatively we will forward download/serial numbers to a delivery address supplied by the reseller.

We would carry out all product support from our web site.

2. Send us a note if you are still interested after reading that document.

   • A little information about your organisation,
   • The approximate sales volume you are expecting to achieve,
   • Your proposed payment method and terms.
     
3. If your company is accepted as a reseller we will ask you to register and sign the reseller agreement.
4. Purchase from Chisel Software any of our products with reseller discount.
5. Promote via your web site, or traditional means, and receive orders and payments yourself.
6. Either give out registration details online or send out a disk containing our program(s).
